Do you ship internationally?

We’d love to get The Sixth Language to you, no matter where you are. But as a small brand, international shipping isn’t possible just yet—it’s something we’re working on as fast as we can. Until then, if you’ve been curating your dream cart from abroad, send your wishlist to hello@thesixthlanguage.com.

We’ll do our best to make it happen.

I live outside the UK, will my customs and duties be covered?

The Sixth Language is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

Payment & Safety

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Do you offer Klarna or Clearpay? 

Not yet, but this is something we are working hard on to incorporate as part of our check out payment options. 

Returns & Refunds

What is your Returns Policy?

You can return your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered, please ensure all tags are in tact and the clothing is not damaged or marked. If clothing arrives back to our warehouse worn or used we will not be able to complete a full refund and the order will be sent back to you. 

Please note, returns are not free - customers must cover the postage fee back to our warehouse.

We recommend you keep all proof of postage and use reliable postal services to ensure your order does not get lost, we cannot take responsibility for returns that go missing in the post, so please insure your parcel upon returning it back to us. 

Can I exchange my item for something else?

Unfortunately we can only offer exchanges for a different size, and only if that item is still in stock.

But you can opt for store credit as a refund method to purchase your desired item. 

How do I make a return?

Where is my refund? 

Please allow up to 10 working days from your order arriving back at our warehouse for your refund to be processed - excluding weekends and bank holidays. Credit/debit card refunds take 5-10 business days to appear.

Sizing

How do I know what size I am?

I am typically in between sizes and can’t work out what size to choose, please help?

Please contact us via our socials with the desired product and your bust, waist and hip measurements and our customer care team will do their best to assist you.

Orders and Processing

I placed an order and haven’t received a confirmation email, where is it?

Technology isn’t always on our side, but if we are new to your inbox please check your junk folder.

If it isn’t there then please contact us via our socials for a quick response and we can do our best to help you.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

Unfortunately we cannot amend orders after they have been placed. So please ensure all the information is correct at checkout. 

How can I check the status of my order? 

Click "View your order" in your confirmation email. You'll receive updates via email or text when your order ships and when it's ready for delivery.
